no more achievements or anything needed - just gold. I have to admit that this one tempted me more then once. Domus Phrasticus (295k) is probably the runner up to Ravenhurst (260k) for medium homes with lots of outdoor space and a reasonable price. they removed purchase requirements from medium and smaller houses with release of CWC.

In the same situation of huge and great but difficult to furnish, you got the Hunding's Palatial Hall (1,295 m). Clearly size wise, the Forsaken Stronghold (1,285m) is huge! Issue, i've rarely seen this house correctly furnished, and the price for such a feat will be excessive. phaneub17ESO Punctering Strikes (and its Morphs) (Templar) The drawback is it can be difficult to weave in and out of LA because its a channeled attack, but overall its cost effective, does AOE damage, and the magicka version heals. On the Large house side, once again, knowing that most of them cannot be furnished properly and without investing a crazy amount of gold, limits my suggestions. For the small house, the Cyrodilic Jungle house (71k) and the Twin Arches (73k) are pretty good! While a bit boring for my taste, Autumn's-Gate (60k) is also a decent small house. But in General, pretty much all medium house are decent (though, i do prefer those that have a front or backyard). Sleek Creek House (335k), while not huge in size, offers a lot of possibility to customize, particularly outside of the house. I really love Ravenhurst (260k) and the view you get from the back yard if you build a small deck to see over the walls, but I am fairly certain that it's one of the less appreciated house, so you might want to check it out for yourselves. The Domus Phrasticus (295k) in Craglorn is pretty neat for the price (note that most room are square and not necessarily really open, which can limit your creativity and furnishing the whole place). I think personally that some of the medium house really are the perfect size for the price (and are possible to furnish with the limited number of items we are permitted). Just keep in mind that the bigger the house is, the more expensive it'll get to furnish it in the long term (and in some case, like the medium size orc keep that feel like a large one or even a manor, you'll be really limited in the number of items you can put in it to furnish it properly).
